Hi there!

So you're interested in signing up for high quality, carefully crafted Personal Training sessions. Well, if you're completely new to a gym environment and want to start transforming your life or a seasoned gym goer or maybe even compete in your chosen field but just need a guiding and informed hand to achieve your goals, I am here for you.

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with several years worth of personal experience in the gym focussing on strength and muscle gain, and several more with competitive sports. General fitness and goal orientated training has formed a big part of my life.

Recognising the unequivocal importance of striking a fine balance between physical activity, social and mental wellbeing in order to reach a well rounded healthy lifestyle, I decided to embark on my own enterprise to help others achieve what so many fail to even try.  

With me, you can expect to be trained by a personal trainer who is invested in your success and will go the extra mile to ensure you feel confident, strong and focussed.

Where will sessions be held?

As a rule, sessions will be held on Clapham Common,

Lambeth, London, SW4 with the location to be finalised

upon booking.

 

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - Sessions will be socially

distanced with appropriate protective measures in place.

 

What happens before I start?

Before the first session, we will run through a couple of

mandatory forms to make sure no risks are posed by

underlying health conditions. This will accompany some

searching questions in order to build the sessions around

your needs.

What about cancellations?

Please make sure to give 24 hours notice should you need

to reschedule a session. If you choose to cancel instead,

please do so with 24 hours notice or this will incur full

charge for the session.
